自己动手中药护肤
女人怕老，女人受不了一个“老”字，揽镜自照，可是肤如凝脂？可有皱纹“光顾”？女人是如此小心翼翼侍弄着这张脸。我是女人，
自然也摆脱不了。
可惜25岁以前，我并不懂得心疼自己。肥皂、洗面奶碰到什么用什么，又加之皮肤天生不好，听之任之的结果可想而知。而我并非护肤专家，“护肤”除了买比较昂贵的护肤品，就是偶尔去做美容。但效果也都一般。
有一次，一位做中医工作的朋友告诉我，皮肤黯淡、长粉刺、粗糙等，这都是因为真菌引起的，只要消灭了真菌，根除了危害皮肤的毒素，皮肤自会好起来。我茅塞顿开，她给我开了个方子，有地肤子、白癣皮、苦参等成分。还说这都是又好买又便宜的中药。每日熬制小盆（大约熬20分钟），洗脸、脖子、手等部位，每次大约5-10分钟，然后再用清水洗净。（有条件的，浸泡全身更好。）
如法炮制了二十多天后，皮肤就有了很大的改观，细腻而又光滑，粉刺不见了，眼角若隐若现的细纹也好像浅了不少。
俗话说，是药三分毒，皮肤好到一定程度就该停药了。过一段时间后再用。
另外，我还每日服维生素C，复合维生素B等，还多喝水，保证睡眠，不熬夜。除了以上这些客观因素外，对于皮肤，我认为平和的心境、开朗乐观的个性也是一剂妙药。
如今，我的皮肤虽称不上肤如凝脂，但已令我很满意。
